Creating A Comforting Environment For Others

After my family started seeking active counseling, I realized that I could really help by working towards creating a more soothing, comfortable environment for everyone. I started focusing on helping my family members to make things right, and it was cool to see how much everyone came together to give help to one another. We removed triggers from our home, and worked on creating kind, happy-hearted activities to do together, and it felt great to help other people to heal.
